Step 1

Locate the base unit (14) and attach the 3 legs (15)

Step 2

Place the charcoal pan (12) inside the base unit so that it rests on the top section of the legs. Place the charcoal grate (06)into the charcoal pan. The charcoal seperators (05) are only used for indirect cooking and will not be needed for normal operation (smoking).

The water pan (13) fits into the base unit, resting on the lower section of the 3 brackets, then the 1st cooking grate (07) sits just above the water pan.

Step 3

Locate the top stacker and fit the 2 handles (01). The next cooking grate sits on the 3 brackets located at the top of this section. This stacker may be left out, if you do not require the extra cooking space.

Fit this stacker onto the base unit and lock together using the toggle latches (08) at each side.

Step 4

Fit the handle to the lid and place the lid onto the top stacker.

Your ProQ™ Amigo is now fully assembled and we recommend that you start by lighting a small amount of charcoal in the charcoal pan and running the smoker for 30 - 60 minutes to season it.
