The ProQ™ Excel 20 is our top of the range water smoker BBQ, no other brand has as many features to offer, made from 1mm thick steel and porcelain coated it's built to last and that's why BBQ teams, around the world, choose the Excel 20.

• Probe thermometer eyelet fitted at each cooking level.
• Fish/ meat hanger included.
• 65lbs cooking capacity (do up to 8 whole chickens at a time).
• Accurate temperature gauge.
• Modular design... increase capacity easily by adding an extra "stacker".
• Use just the lid and base as a portable "kettle" BBQ, great for the beach.
• Folding side handles make it easy to store, or carry.
• 3 air vents in the base, allow for excellent temperature control.

2009/ 2010 Updates...

Coating - All major components are now porcelain enamelled (Lid, Stackers, Water Pan and Base), which will increase resistance to heat and scratching.

Packaging - Has been "beefed up" to ensure that, even if the courier decides to throw it out of the van, the contents will arrive free of damage.

Assembly - The ProQ™ Excel is now a whole lot easier to assemble and should take no more than 10 minutes, in fact, the putting the 3 legs on (6 bolts and nuts) is all that is required. Please remember that the washers and nuts go on the inside of the base unit (see diagram below).
